Ele, Ginger, and Soy took control of the day when Sil could unfortunately not make it. We started off bringing the little kiddies to science where we dissected frogs (EW!). It was my idea, so, your welcome. Almost every kid was disgusted which made it 100% better! Some students even secretly switched it with a fake frog (smart). After going over the frogs heart and putting them into jars we cleaned up our work stations and moved on to the next lesson. Continuing in science, Soy went over the basics of electricity and things we use everyday that need them such as batteries and lights.
After science we went on down to P.E. where Ginger instructed everyone to get into pairs where we did relay races. Everyone had a great time meeting new people or teaming up with old friends. After tons of relay practice we did one final race and the winners were partners Fred565 and MajesticZ. After relay racing we went on to a quick game of tag where Nat started out as 'it' and then tagged tons of people! We had a fun day during physical education today!
We then went on to lunch where MajesticZ served the kids all their favorite snacks! Ginger and Jaz may have thrown around a couple plates of applesauce at each other but used their secret magic powers to clean everything up. (p.s. they're awesome).
After food was served the students went into the dorms before being called into the Main Auditorium for some quick announcements from Ele and Ginger. We notified the students that the tiles in the Soccer Field were not available for us to use so we wanted to take some time to inform the students about clubs and sports. For those who couldn't make it, here are the basics of what we said.
*Tryouts are after school
*Only a certain amount of students can make it for each team/club
*Message a student council member if you can't make it to a certain tryouts but will be able to make it the other days
*You can access the different clubs through the clubs page above ^^
*Many tryouts are coming up including secretary and cheerleading
I am aware that a large amount of students are interested in trying out for cheerleading, so I'm going to tell you this. During a sports game, there will have to be room for the squad, the sports team, and the coaches. This means that there will not be, like said in the clubs tab, 16 cheerleaders. We will have to lower the number so the right amount of people can fit into a unit. The head cheerleader will be a trustworthy student who is also skillful. Because I know so many of you are planning to tryout, you'll have to be a student who:
A. Comes often
B. Clean record (no detention or suspensions)
C. Has good sportsmanship
If you do not possess those qualities then don't get your hopes up. :)
Also, for those of you still planning to tryout to be the Woozers College Secretary, here's what all of you contenders need to know:
*You must also have a squeaky clean record
*Come almost every day (all if possible)
*Be prepared for the responsibilities
To tryout: we will have tryouts really soon when each member of the student council is online. You will get up on stage and recite: why you want to be the secretary, and why you would be a GOOD secretary. So for example:
Why you want to be secretary: Because you really love woozers college! (bad example xD)
Why you would be a good secretary: you're always online and help others (pretty good)
Now for the student lists; if you're not on this and go to Woozers please message a member of the student council (Ginger, Soy, Ele, Fred):
Ginger1752, -ElenaHeartz-, Espanolisme, Nataliesweets, layla1234uni, hiphopswagaha, JustJellyForeves, Marydrguez, Crazysmileyface, JennyROCKZyny, Passionywu, Cutwon, Kathren844, Sammam, Claire171a, Livvyhope, Scarletteddy, -roselenagrace-, Lilaysia, qeen1, leslie2233, WzwDemoLovatoeWzw, Joyleesan, pupppyluv, LaurenChristyCim, cobear06, MrsMustache, Purpletil, Jessica-Woo, Fred565, Cvq, Cooldude117r, JakeyCx, cupcakesCx, twizzlerygurl, PennyShortsocks, AliceGooGooBear, preetyswaga, kamilajustb, Angelsrulewix, Jennysisyhe, AnnabethCJackson, TabbyFab, goffy24, Hersheykissyum, miwakoandarashie, Krisvanhelsing, Swaggergirliba, MajesticZ.
Wow I just re-typed all of that because of the format it was in on the list... okay. So if you're not on this list message a student council member and they should add you to both this list above ^ and the page school students.
For those of you who don't have a dorm, they are all taken so you will have to room in a guest dorm. There are plenty of people in the guest dorms that you will meet and get to know even if you don't have your own bed. The guest dorm beds are first to the room, first to get them. It changes everyday since it's not permanent. As soon as a bed opens up in a dorm for any reason, the first person on the students list who doesn't have a dorm yet will be notified. :)
For all the people who entered for the yearbook committee, Ele has messaged you on your private e-mails for any feedback or acceptance she had :)
That's all for today! (sorry if you don't like long posts, I write long...)
